ABOUT

The company SKLOTEXTILIE REVUCA Ltd. was established in the year 2014, by purchasing technology, equipment, laboratory devices and Sklotex trademark from its predecessor Sklotex Revuca Ltd. By it we renewed the traditional production of fiberglass mesh in our city of Revuca.

Fiberglass meshes SKLOTEX for reinforcing outdoor and indoor plasters are produced from glass fibers by leno weave technology and following chemical coating, which ensures high resistance in an alkaline environment.

Our mesh is a certified Slovak product, cert. nr. 01/TSUS/T/2015 and meets the technical parameters according to the standards of ETAG 004 and ÖNORM B 3347: 2004.

By purchasing quality raw materials for production, ensuring input inspections, production process inspections and following lab tests of finished product we achieve that the customers gets a high quality product for a reasonable price.

CAPACITY

The monthly production capacity of the plant in Revuca is: 300,000m² per month. Nowadays we produce a wide range of glass mesh with high variety of dimensions.

SIZE

We produce fiberglass mesh in standard width of 100cm. We also cut strips in different widths, most common are:
16.5cm | 20cm | 25cm | 50cm
After agreement with customer we are able to produce also mesh in different agreed color

PACKAGING

Fiberglass meshes are wrapped in rolls of 10m , 50m , length, packed in foil, in cardboard on pallets. 10m rolls on one pallet are 1,360m², 50m rolls on one pallet are 1,750m².

PRODUCTS

Fiberglass meshes SKLOTEX are designed for reinforcing plaster layers in heat insulation systems or adding additional insulations of construction objects and buildings. Their main function is to protect heat insulation panels from damage, transfer mechanical tensions created by heat conditions of insulation systems and reinforce the plaster.

These meshes fully reinforce and strengthen the indoor mineral and plastics plasters and are also used as bands for absorbing contacts by drywalls or fiber cements.

Meshes with these characteristics are suitable for reinforcement of cement screeds, different insulation and packing materials and for machine plastering.

Lighter types are suitable for reinforcement of various backed materials on the basis of alumina, paper or polyethylene foils. They can also be used as reinforcing carrying insertions of heating systems and also for wood parquet blocks.

Fiberglass meshes are produced from glass silks with leno weave technology. They are defined by high firmness by low extensions, they have good surface stability and high resistance in alkaline environment. According to STN 73 0862 they belong to B degree flammability (nonflammable). They meet the technical parameters according to the standards of ETAG 004 and ÖNORM B 3347: 2004.

storage

The mesh is stored in upright position on wood pallets in a dry and clean storage place.
